About
Svetovid is all-seeing! Goal: Find the exit. By the way, you cannot rotate, but that's not needed. Not nearly as finished as I wanted to (missing a lot of polish and it's only very basic gameplay), but it's actually playable and winnable. Walk with left click and shoot with right click. Music was done by Ludwig Hanisch, although he doesn't know I used this track for the game. Update 0.9.1: You now have to kill all enemies before you can see and enter the exit!
YES THIS IS AWESOME

Looks and sounds great :) another added to my 'must play' list

Nicely done. A bit confusing at first (I thought it was north/south/east/west on the right, instead of up / left-forwards-right/down), but soon worked it out (would be nice if you flashed a name on top of each direction for 2 secs at start of game) Outside of 7DFPS, I've been working on something similar but realtime - 360 degree vision. Out of interest, how did you do the directions - I'm guessing 6 x separate cameras? - I can't do that in my project, because I'm going for a fullscreen projection (warped/fisheye) but it seems to work well here!

@tmachineorg, yeah, it's as simple as you'd think. Just six cameras, each looking into a different direction, with a FOV of 90°. @everyone: Thanks for the kind words. :-)

fun little game. :-) It would be nice to have a count of mobs remaining, and maybe keep the exit locked until all mobs are destroyed?

Good idea!

Ow my brain!

Love the game! It says "Right click to go ____" and "Left click to shoot" on the screen while you're playing, though.

Oh wow, this is very interesting and confusing! I wish it was a bit more fleshed out, I would love to really dive into this game.
ratking says...
@joe_carrot: Go see a doctor immediately! ;-) @maxium: Ooops. Will fix that ... Thanks! @xNotch: Yeah, wish I had more time ... or motivation. ;-) So it's just a prototype for now, maybe later I will expand it.

1. Moving is a joy! 2. Shooting is vexing—I keep expecting to be able to aim within the views. 3. Three cheers for unwrapped boxes! Three cheers for Unity's camera system! Do develop this after 7DFPS. You must.
Aw, man. This is really cool and exciting, the idea is ace. I also got a bit frustrated with shooting- expecting to be able to aim within each view- either allowing aiming or reinforce that you can't could be an improvement.

This is just brilliant! Pure and original idea, that almost don't need to be improved
