Day 3: Shaders,Bullet Patterns & AI Oddities
Despite having a full day at college,I managed to get some decent work done during Day 3. Firstly, the AI was behaving weirdly so I had to straighten out by altering it by code (I was using Rain {indie}'s Behavior Trees before). Not sure what impact this will eventually have on the performance,but keeping my fingers crossed for now. The blocky splashes of rain drops were resolved by using VertexLit shader. Still need to work around shaders a bit as you can see the soldier models and bullets still look generic and not easily distinguishable.
