Another good day today. Most of the audio is in, just a few more effects to come up with. Added health bars and target blips over the enemies. Also stopped the wingmen tailgunner from shooting themselves, as well as the enemies from shooting each other.

I recorded a quick video showing the state of my project at the end of day 2. Things are coming together very nicely. Still way ahead of schedule and feeling good. Most of the core gameplay mechanics are done, so I'll have a lot of time to polish and come up with cool ideas to add.

This is my first time entering 7DFPS, and today I got way beyond where I hoped I'd be at this point. I'm making a game tentatively called Tailgunner. I got the two airplanes modeled as well as the gun, and wrote the code for user flight controls, wingmen, and enemy as well. I hope I can keep this pace up for the rest of the week!
